We've just finished watching "Poltergeist," a movie with a lot of scares and thrills, about a malevolent ghost that terrorizes a suburban family.
A lot of people enjoy scary movies -- even if they scream and hide and peek through their fingers as they watch. What compels us to watch movies that frighten us? Do you like scary movies? Write a paragraph and tell us your views, and why you think scary movies are so popular.
Actually, I am a super horrible movie fans, and I like to watch this kind of movie with my friends together. I really like the nervous atmosphere when we watch it. In my opinion, there are two groups of people who like watching scared movies. Sometimes, many people do not afraid of it, and they just enjoy this excited journey by watching a scared movie with friends or alone. On the other hand, people who are afraid of the ghost or some other terrible creatures like watching it too. This is because the movie can create a situation that may impossible in our real life. Also, people want to explore and experience the unknown. One thing that scared movie keeps us to watch it the consequence or result of the unearthliness. However, both of these two groups of people are happy to be swashed.
ReplyDeletei m sissy. I really like scary movies and I have wathched a lot of them. I also like to watch movie with some supernatural things in it. It makes me exciting. I think the scary movies are popular because people would like to know something is unknow. We can't explain it, but it actually there. Sometimes, people need some exciting things to fill their lives, such as, roller coaster. It is scary, but people enjoy it.

ReplyDeleteI can't believe the movie was made in 1982. it's really scared me, because everything are old. so make more true. even they don't have high level for the special efficiency. but it make my hair stand up. it is awesome and succesful movie. and i know a little background about this movie, according to legend, when the Poltergeist released, there are four staff dead one by one.
