We just finished watching "Ghost," which shows one interpretation of what happens after death.
Different cultures around the world have a variety of beliefs about what happens when we die. Take a moment and write a paragraph describing what you think happens after death. As always, we look forward to reading your thoughts.
Actually, I am a person who tends toward atheism. However there are some similarities of the answer of this question between foreign countries and China. From the movie Ghost, we can see that people who do bad things would be sent to the hell; by contrast, good people would go to the heaven. Moreover, people’s souls would be divided from their bodies when they are dying. In china, if you are a Buddhist, you will believe that your soul will continue after you died. After people died, they would be decided into six divisions in the wheel of karma. The result will be based on what they do when they are alive. In my opinion, this could be a belief and a force of constraint to engage them to do merciful deeds.
ReplyDeleteWhat happens after death? This issue has already existed for thousands of years, but still has not given an unassailable demonstration to it. Some people think if we die, we will vanished in the air. But the other one think good guy can go to heaven, to the contrary, bad humans would go to hell. In my personal opinion, human can appear in the world， there are also can appear other things. Thus, I think maybe we will become ghost when we die and living in a different space， perhaps, begin new life that like alive or cannot lay down own family member --- waiting for the time when they can all be together again.
ReplyDeleteI think the movie really touched me. I nearly cried at the end. It's a romantic story. It talks about the man killed by his friend because of his friend steal money from the bank. He became a ghost after he died. He found out the secret about his friend and his girlfriend had dangerous. So, he wanted to help her. He met a women who can hear his voice. He asked help from her. At the end, he saved his girlfriend and he went to the heaven. I think the story is easy to understand. The scenes are clear. I like Sam who is the main character in the movie. Because he was very brave and he loved his girlfriend very much. I learned that people maybe go to the hell if they did the bad things when they are alive. I would recommend this movie to my friends. Because this movie touched me and I think this movie is really good and my friend would enjoy it.
ReplyDeletefirst, i didn t watch this movie before, so when i saw the cover of this movie，i think this is a scary movie, but when i finish watch, i know i was wrong, how romantic movie, isn't it? so i know, why Ghost so famous in the world. How strong does Sam love molly can he becomes a ghost. also very fun, because Whoopi Goldberg who also art in sister act. She makes some different style in this movie, because, this movie, i think i like ghost from this moment.
